美國總統川普6月12日表示，美軍已透過空襲擊殺委內瑞拉黑幫集團「阿拉瓜火車」（Tren de Aragua）組織頭目，他並發放空襲片段。
川普並指行動是與委內瑞拉政府合作，委內瑞拉政府其後證實有參與，形容是「聯合任務」（joint operation）。
路透社報道，特朗普在Truth Social發文說，在他的命令下，美國南方司令部對委內瑞拉監獄幫派“阿拉瓜列車”（Tren de Aragua）頭目弗洛雷斯（Hector Rusthenford Guerrero Flores，又名Niño Guerrero）進行致命打擊。
白宮、五角大廈、美國南方司令部尚未回應事件。
